Scholarship materials are on a table in folders in Mrs. Galipeau's office. Take one for yourself. Scholarships are listed in order of due date and usually begin after winter break.

Student Enrollments

Any new student who will be entering Sutton Memorial High School in the fall should make sure they have all proper paperwork in hand before coming in to register.

If coming from another MA high school, a transfer card is needed from your previous school. The following documents are needed for all students: permanent record, high school transcripts (for current high school students), previous years final report card, discipline report, attendance report, Special Education or Section 504 documents, birth certificate, physical and immunizations form and proof of residence documents.

All documents should be mailed from previous school to: Sutton Memorial High School, c/o: High School Guidance Office, 383 Boston Road, Sutton, MA 01590

RELEASE/REQUEST FOR STUDENT RECORDS & NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION (***These forms are only for students transferring from one HIGH SCHOOL to another. Work Permit Information

During the school year until June 28th:
Students bring the completed application to Mrs. Galipeau in the Guidance office between 7am and 3 pm each day (call ahead at 508-581-1640 Ext. 1169).

During the summer from June 29th - July 17th: Bring completed application to Mrs. Woodland in the Business Office in the Elementary School.

During the summer from July 18th - August 15th:
Students should bring completed application to Mrs. Senecal in the High School Office. *Please call ahead to make an appointment at 508-581-1640 Ext. 1104.
